To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
2.1 Unused and Unopened: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. This ensures product hygiene and quality for all our customers.
2.2 Original Condition: Items should be returned in the same condition as received, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
Personal care products, skincare items, edible products, and products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page. We maintain these restrictions to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers.
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Refund Process

6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and allows you to select exactly what you need.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your return, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit for future purchases, as per your preference.
7. Damaged or Defective Products

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, Naisha Naturals will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
